Sports are important for the physical fitness of the human being apart from their mental fitness.Those individuals who donot exercise after taking their meal suffer from severe health condition such as obesity,increased cholestrol level etc.Different sports are being considered as the national depending upon the frequency of that game being played by the citizens of the country.Now it has become the part of our culture and it somehow provides the individual to enjoy after the load of the work which is a sort of burden on them.It refreshes them and provide them with the physical and mental fitness.It has a great influence on the lives of the individuals.Some people who are expert in their feild may opt their national sports as their career and earns through it.Some companies also earn by indulging themselves in the events of sports such as cricket.They offer different sponsorship programs to the sport event organizer and through it they develop the image of their brand in the mind of the viewers who are watching television.Some times it is of the crucial importance to the children and it in turn disturbs their studies at the extreme level.

Advertisement by the companies in the events forces the parents to buy the particular product for their children on their demand.In schools and colleges,there is now a trend to give the students leisure time to play and relax themselves from the hectic routine of the whole day work.Sometimes the disappointing performance of the teams make the citizens of the country to rude behave and they start to destroy the assets of the country by showing manginess towards the defeat.Government officials must regulate to deal with such issues in such conditions.In short it is important to have an exercise through sports option.
